Being the client centric organization, we offer Water Treatment Plants in a wide range. Our comprehensive range includes Pressure Sand Filters, Activated Carbon Filters, Iron Removers, Softeners, Reverse Osmosis Plants, DM Plants and Mixed Bed Plants. The above Water Treatment Plants are suitable for Food, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Leather, Rubber and Automobile industries, Institutions, Hotels, Hospitals, Agriculture, and Domestic applications.

Our Scope of work includes Design, Supply, Erection and Commissioning of Water Treatment Plants.

We also undertake Annual Maintenance Contracts, Operation and Maintenance Contracts for our products. we have structured a strict quality management policy which is followed at our entire procedures. These water treatment plants are highly appreciated for its reliable performance and Less Running Cost.

Pressure Sand Filter

Pressure Sand Filter allows the water to travel through its unique 4-layer media and in the process removes turbidity, suspended solids, color and gives the water crystal clarity.

Activated Carbon Filters

Activated Carbon Filter uses hi-grade granular carbon columns and uses Adsorption Technology to remove the organic contaminants from the raw water. The Activated Carbon observes bad color, odour, residual chlorine and volatile organic compounds. The water which comes out of the Activated Carbon Filter will have better clarity and freshness.

Iron Removers

Iron is the natural mineral or inorganic chemical. It generally found in bore or well water.

The dissolved iron content (Ferrous) needs to be converted into suspended form( Ferric Hydroxide) in order to filter it. Hence, effective removal of iron consists of two processes. (Aeration Process and Filtration Process).

After the aeration process water travel through its unique 5-layer media and in the process removes excess iron content, turbidity, suspended solids, bad colour and odour and gives the water crystal clear.

Softener

Softening is the process of bringing down the hardness content in the water. The design of the plant is based on two factors. Total hardness present in the water and the desired output between regeneration. In a softener, the salts which induce hardness in the water are substituted by another soft salt through a process termed as ion exchange.

DM Plant

Raw water is passed through a Pressure Sand Filter and Activated Carbon Filter for the reduction of excess turbidity, suspended solids bad color, odour, residual chlorine and volatile organic compounds. This water is subsequently sent into a two bed DM plant.

The process of demoralization in which the ions present in water are removed is accomplished in stages, deploying ion-exchange resins. A DM plant comprises of two separate vessels internally connected in series. The first vessel is filled with strongly acidic cation (SAC) exchange resins and the second one is filled with strongly basic anion (SBA) exchange resins. Two distinctly different types of resins are utilized for this process.

Reverse Osmosis Plant

Reverse Osmosis is a very reliable treatment method for reducing the total Dissolved solids in the water, thus bring the water quality to drinking standards and is the most advanced of liquid filtration. In the reverse osmosis process, water is passed under pressure thro’ a semi-permeable membrane having a pore dia of 0.0001 m which is smaller than bacteria mm to 1 mm) and virus (0.02 mm to 0.04 mm) thereby ensuring effective filtration (99%), so that even such fine impurities cannot escape thro’ the membrane. This membrane is made of thin, multi-layered high quality polyamide sheets. The design of the RO PLANT is primarily based on two factors. TDS content in the feed water and the recovery / reject ratio. In the separation process, purified water permeates the membrane and is collected separately, while the reject water containing concentrated dissolved and suspended solids is discharged to the drain.

The feed water flows continuously across the membrane and the rejected solids get into the back flow and is sent to the reject port. This process continues without clogging the membrane. Measured dosing of anti-scalant chemical is done to avoid fouling of membrane.

RO process is very effective in the removal of chemical contaminants like Chlorides, Nitrates , Fluorides, Lead, Copper, Mercury, Sulfates, Calcium, and Magnesium in addition to the removal of physica and micro biological impurities.
